Julia Siebert Joins Fort Dearborn

Julia Siebert is the newest member of the Fort Dearborn Team. Julia is a native Chicagoan. She began her career at KPMG LLP, where she rose to the role of Audit Manager in the Assurance practice. During her tenure, she worked with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from Fortune 100 public companies to mid-market private organizations, gaining extensive experience in complex accounting standards, including ASC 805 (Business Combinations), ASC 350 (Goodwill), ASC 330 (Inventory), ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), and ASC 280 (Segment Reporting).

Julia’s strengths in analytical rigor, organizational excellence, and project management expertise align well with the Fort Dearborn Team’s focus on delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions. Her effective communication skills and proven ability to build strong client relationships will help the team achieve its goals and maintain robust client partnerships. She is passionate about delivering tailored solutions that drive efficiency and create measurable impact for the organization.

Julia is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her BS in Accountancy and Master of Accounting Science, with a concentration in Data Analytics, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is currently a candidate for her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with an expected graduation date of June 2026.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys exploring Chicago’s vibrant culinary scene and discovering new restaurants across the city.
