With more than 25 years experience, Brice is a seasoned finance and accounting consultant. For more than 15 years, Brice has worked directly with middle market companies in various stages of financial distress ranging from extreme liquidity challenges to undercapitalized growth situations. These experiences allow Brice to deliver expert guidance and proven strategies to successfully guide companies in the following areas:
- cash flow forecasting and liquidity crisis management,
- customer profitability/rationalization,
- product/service line profitability,
- data gathering and analysis,
- financial modeling and forecasting,
- key performance indicator reporting, and
- identifying untapped revenue and margin improvement opportunities.
Prior to joining FDP, Brice served as CFO for a company serving the intermodal industry. Brice led the accounting, finance, IT and human resource function, overhauling and streamlining each department's dated internal processes and reporting capabilities.
