Max joined FDP in 2023.  Max hails from Columbus, Ohio, and came to us with four years of Audit and Advisory Services experience gained while working in public accounting.  

During his public accounting career, Max spent three years auditing companies in the Manufacturing & Distribution, Transportation & Logistics, and Construction industries before pivoting to Transaction Advisory Services.

Max served as the In-Charge Auditor for his last two audit seasons, leading multiple audit engagements simultaneously and working closely with his clients' accounting teams. These experiences provided Max with strong accounting, technical, and client-management skills.

While on the Transaction Advisory Services team, Max assisted on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for both company management and private equity groups in various industries, including Manufacturing & Distribution, Construction, and Professional Services.

These financial due diligence engagements required the timely and accurate delivery of critical analyses like Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted Net Working Capital, which Max helped prepare and are based upon the knowledge he gained from discussions with management, analysis of the target company's financial data, and competitive industry metrics.
