Fort Dearborn Partners ("FDP" or "Fort Dearborn") is pleased to announce that we served as the sole financial advisor and investment banker to Northern Wholesale Supply, LLC ('NWS"), a leader in RV, marine, and powersports supplies and accessories distribution in its sale to Sun Capital Partners, Inc. ("Sun Capital"), a global private investment firm.  Sun Capital acquired the NWS trade name and will operate Northern Wholesale Supply, LLC as a platform investment.
